INFRASTRUCTURE

The school is housed in a spacious and well planned building, with large well-ventilated classrooms. The classrooms are equipped with Interactive smart boards and other study materials. The school is placed in an area of six acres of land and is in the process of developing the grounds for Primary School, the High School and +2 buildings and the necessary infrastructure required for the same.

The School places importance on recruiting well qualified teachers who are conversant in the English language and have the other necessary qualities to deal with children. The Teachers’ Resource Centre is the hub of much activity. The teachers use this room for preparing teaching aids, entering grades, preparing report cards and researching on their subjects. Besides this there are two huge halls for the purpose of Children’s activities. Other activities such as assemblies, Annual functions, Parents’ orientation and meetings are held.

Carmel has spacious playgrounds and the school management ensures that the entire school surroundings are maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. There is an indoor courtyard for the use of the tiny tots.

The school has an infirmary where a child can receive the first aid in care of a medical emergency.
