a) When written application and the requisite fee is received from the parents, a Transfer Certificate will be issued. Before withdrawing a student from the school one month’s written notice for one month’s fee in lieu thereof is required..

b) No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all dues have been cleared.

c) No Transfer Certificate will be issued to a pupil whose name has been struck of the rolls.

d) Annual Fees for the year must be paid if TC is sought in or after April i.e. after the commencement of the new academy year..

e) A pupil’s name will be struck off the rolls if:-.

i) The pupil fails two years in succession.
ii) The pupil fails thrice in his/her school career.
iii) The pupil’s conduct is unsatisfactory in spite of admonition.
iv) A pupil receives two warning letters within a year or three warning letters in his/her school career.
v) The pupil is absent from school for an indefinite period without written permission from the school.
vi)The pupil persists in irregular attendance.
vii) Fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months.
viii) A parent behaves badly with any member of the school staff.
